Phase 1: Feature Overview
Phase 1 forms the digital foundational architecture of your school. Eight modular components connect planning, roles, resources, content, spaces, tasks and assessments into a consistent system. This creates a central working environment that structures school organisation, lesson planning and daily processes, making information accessible at any time.
Modular & Agile School Planning
HumanOS fully represents your school with its hierarchies, titles and structures. Semesters, timetables and structural changes can be created and adjusted in minutes. This results in a central plan that realistically reflects your school culture.
User & Role Management
Roles reflect responsibilities within your school, including school management, year-group leadership, subject-area leadership, teachers and parents. A person can hold multiple roles simultaneously. Visibility, permissions and hierarchical relationships remain controllable at all times.
Resource & Inventory Management
Rooms, furnishings, technology and devices are centrally recorded, including equipment and accessibility. This information automatically feeds into the planning. Temporary and permanent assignments are possible, ensuring transparency in availability and usage.
Course & Curriculum Management
Curriculum, school profile, weekly planning and performance assessment are interconnected. The school year can be planned, adjusted and filled with appropriate content. HumanOS supports consistency and the creation of assessment frameworks.
Room & Timetable Management
Teachers provide their availability. Based on this, HumanOS creates suitable lesson and room schedules. In case of absences, substitutes are suggested and the relevant people informed. The final decision rests with the school.
Daily Management & Content Administration
All documents, materials and drafts are stored centrally and classified contextually. Active teaching is also made easier: attendance and lesson summaries are automatically recorded by the system. This keeps all content structured, retrievable and usable via AI queries.
Assessment & Grading System
A modular grading system individually weights exams, submissions, oral and additional performances. All of a student's performance data is compiled transparently. This makes grade conferences simple, objective and consistent.
Examination & Correction Workflow
Exams are created from learning content along with solutions. Task assignment, submission and correction follow a seamless workflow with initial correction suggestions, while the final decision stays with the teacher. Deadlines remain freely configurable.

Every school and every person is unique. That is why we tailor our support to you, throughout your introduction to HumanOS and beyond. Education Lab, our centre for knowledge, education and research, proactively supports you with knowledge and training. Interested pilot schools can choose to participate in planned research projects. Internally, OrganisationOS brings your feedback together so we can plan and deliver targeted improvements. We coordinate the introduction with you and guide each step, so you are not left to manage planning and change on your own.

HumanOS Pilot
The pilot licence for schools that want to help shape HumanOS.
HumanOS Pilot gives your school early access to new features and beta versions. Through workshops and regular conversations, your experience directly informs development. This takes time and commitment on both sides. Together, we assess whether the partnership is right for your school. Participation in research is voluntary. Contributions are agreed individually to cover our costs with no profit margin. We explain them transparently and your pilot terms remain in place for the long term.

HumanOS
The licence for bringing HumanOS into your school, with personal support from the start.
We guide your school through analysis, data import, implementation and team training. The introduction is tailored to your school's needs and existing routines. Together, we plan the transition and coordinate each step. Ongoing support continues after you get started. Unlike HumanOS Pilot, participation in development workshops and regular product feedback are not required. We agree the scope and terms with you and set them out in a transparent proposal.
