A Business Psychologist (M.Sc.) specialising in Organisational Development and AI-driven System Innovation, he is currently beginning a doctorate in Psychology in the fields of Education and Data Science. His work centres on designing comprehensible organisational structures, facilitating individual development and leveraging AI as a powerful tool for human empowerment.
